The IPS model across the London Borough of Bromley was successfully implemented in October 2017. Based on this success in Bromley, the service was extended to the London Borough of Greenwich. We are therefore looking for skilled individuals to join our successful Employment Specialist Teams in both Bromley and Greenwich.

The IPS Employment Specialist roles are funded by NHS England, in partnership with Bromley and Greenwich Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG). The successful candidates will join an existing team, where the service will support approximately 70 unemployed people with severe mental health problems into paid jobs each year.  The post-holder will represent Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind, working within OXLEAS NHS Foundation Trust.

Successful applicants for this post will receive training in the IPS approach.  You will have a positive attitude about employment for all, demonstrate perseverance and adaptability, with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Staff benefits include:

  • 25 days’ holiday (rising with service)
