Having successfully implemented the IPS model across the London Borough of Bromley, we are now expanding the service and setting up a new team to work across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We are looking for a skilled individual to join our successful Employment Specialist Team.

The IPS Employment Specialist role is funded by NHS England, in partnership with Greenwich Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG). The Greenwich service will support over 60 unemployed people with severe mental health problems into paid jobs each year.  The post-holder will represent Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind, working within Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

Successful applicants for this post will receive training in the IPS approach.  You will have a positive attitude about employment for all, demonstrate perseverance and adaptability, with excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced level Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
