Bromley & Lewisham Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of more than £3m, over 100 staff and 150 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network. We are currently working towards a merger with Greenwich Mind, and are looking for someone to lead our service delivery in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

We are seeking an experienced leader and operational manager with the skills to take forward our diverse services operating across Greenwich, Bromley and Lewisham. Working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for key areas of service delivery across the organisation, and contribute to the strategic and business development of the organisation.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a strong track record in management, including leading service and project development, supervising and developing staff. You will have specific experience in providing services for people with mental health problems and leading teams through service transformation.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to enthuse and motivate people within and outside our organisation.
