Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded, innovative local Charity working alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of more than £3m, over 120 staff and 200 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.
With expansion of our services we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of a range of mental health and dementia services in Lewisham and Bromley.
This is a new role which will work closely with the Senior Management Team, as well as with Managers and staff in the services. You will be responsible for key areas of service delivery across BLG Mind and contribute to the strategic and business development of the organisation. The role includes developing and maintaining excellent partnership relationships within the London Borough of Lewisham and beyond.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a strong track record in management, including leading service and project development, supervising and developing staff. You will have specific experience in providing services for people with mental health problems and/or dementia and leading teams through service transformation.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to enthuse and motivate people within and outside our organisation.
