Inclusion is a basic right. People of all backgrounds should be welcomed and valued, regardless of race, age, gender, disability, religious and cultural beliefs and sexual orientation.
Staff, Service Users, Volunteers and Trustees in Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind have been meeting throughout 2019, to discuss and address the barriers to inclusion, with a focus on:
- BAMER (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee) communities
- LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and other) communities
- Young people
- Disabled people.
To understand how inclusive Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is, and what we need to do to improve, we would appreciate your honest input.
